Vibratory Finishing Machine
vibratory finishing machines, are mass finishing machines, steel bowl lined with polyurethane, containing the workload of media and parts, used for deburring, polishing, descaling and surface improvement on a lot of metal and plastic components and processing objectives. Energy, as vibratory forces, is transferred from the machine’s drive system to media and then to surfaces of the parts throughout the entire load. Vibratory motion is induced by an eccentric weight system mounted on a driving mechanism. Adjusting the eccentricity for amplitude) and / or the drive speed for frequency causes the unit to shake and create a rolling motion in the media / parts mass.
